What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy is the treatment of physical dysfunction using a combination of techniques including, but not limited to: therapeutic exercise, physical body manipulation, and stimulus application. The goal of physical therapy is reclaiming functionality of body movements and relieving any associated pain.
